B. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website https://chetancabs.com (“Platform”), including any related mobile applications and cab services provided by Chetan Cabs.

C. The Platform is owned and operated by Chetan Cabs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

D. Chetan Cabs offers safe, reliable, and comfortable cab services, including but not limited to: local city rides, airport transfers, outstation trips, and corporate travel solutions.

E. For the purpose of these Terms, “you” or “user” means any individual or legal entity who accesses the Platform, whether for information, inquiry, or to book a cab ride or service.

Terms of Use

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information while making a booking or inquiry. Chetan Cabs will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or false information.
  • Bookings made through Chetan Cabs are subject to availability, driver confirmation, and the specific terms of those third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, driver partners).
  • You agree not to misuse the Platform, engage in fraudulent activities, or interfere with the services or security of the site.
  • All rides are scheduled with care, but Chetan Cabs is not liable for delays, cancellations, natural events, or unforeseen changes by third-party providers.
  • Prices, availability, and timelines are subject to change. Final confirmation and ride details will be shared after booking approval and payment completion.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary based on the type of booking and third-party terms. Users are advised to review the applicable policy at the time of booking. Chetan Cabs may charge a service fee that may be non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, logos, and branding on the Platform are the property of Chetan Cabs and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising out of or related to the use of the Platform or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
